Which e-Learning Tool is Best for the Job?

This e-learning course was created to help instructional designers and learning teams choose the right authoring tool—Articulate, Captivate, or iSpring—based on project goals, content type, and learner needs. Built in Articulate Rise 360, the course features interactive comparisons, real-world scenarios, and knowledge checks. The course is currently hosted on WordPress (link opens new window).

At Intel Network Builders University, I managed the design and delivery of global partner training programs that accelerated solution development for over 500 ecosystem partner companies worldwide, reaching thousands of learners annually.

To boost participation in surveys and feedback loops, I implemented reward-based engagement tactics while ensuring compliance with legal and privacy standards. These strategies not only improved the quality of insights collected but also supported continuous enhancement of the university’s global learning and development strategy.

Street Yoga Website

At Street Yoga, I managed training programs, expanded instructor capacity, and led marketing communications that accelerated community engagement. The website required a platform overhaul, and I managed the migration from Drupal to WordPress implementing UX strategy/design, and a Dreamforce CRM (Salesforce foundation product) integration.

By developing a content strategy that highlighted stories from staff, board members, and volunteers, I strengthened donor relationships and increased fundraising success. These combined efforts helped build a sustainable foundation for delivering trauma-informed yoga programs to youth.
